At Taudrey, Hispanic Heritage Month holds special meaning as we celebrate the culture and history that have shaped who we are today. As an entrepreneur from a family of immigrants who bravely fled their homeland in pursuit of a better future, I am deeply grateful for the sacrifices my grandparents made. Their resilience and dedication inspire me daily as I run my business with the freedom and joy they worked so hard to secure. Celebrating our roots reminds us of the strength in our heritage and the importance of honoring the legacy of those who came before us.
You know that Taudrey is an all-female team, but did you know that our core team members are all Latinas? We love our Hispanic culture and it’s very much integrated in our daily lives at the Taudrey showroom. We even speak Spanish amongst each other every day! So, I wanted to take this opportunity during Hispanic Heritage Month to highlight our core team members, our backgrounds, and our favorite things.
Our team fluctuates throughout the year with additional interns, temp employees for busy seasons, subcontractors, etc. But at the moment our core Taudrey team at the #jewelrybox includes myself, Lead Crafter, Waleska, Head of Collections, Grace, and Showroom Manager, Nicole.
