Here at taudrey, there are not many things we love as equally as handcrafted jewelry, but food is surely one. And so when we learned about #taudreygirl Katy Coffield’s newest foodie venture, our eyes sparkled and mouths watered.

Katy, the aficionado behind food blog RandoMiami, was hungry for a community that would encourage connections between food-realm influencers. Aiming to be the one to fill that empty plate, she cooked up Foodie Tribe. The online network strives to connect global food influencers with agencies and brands via food-focused campaigns. Food lovers from all sides of the table—bloggers, food critics, restaurant reviewers, and amateur chefs included—are encouraged to grab their forks (preferably a customized taudrey utensil!) and “join the tribe.” With separate buttons on the website for foodies, agencies and brands, joining is seamless, and so will be the relationship building with tastemakers.

The budding initiative has already joined forces with the likes of Brain Freeze Nitrogen Ice Cream & Yogurt Lab, the Food Network and Cooking Channel, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Cycle Party, Drinkhouse Fire & Ice Lounge, and GOGETIT. Recently, Foodie Tribe launched a campaign with Brain Freeze in which 10 Miami bloggers visited the shop, tasted the goodies and shared their delicious experiences through their bevy of social media outlets. 

When Katy isn’t falling in love with menu choices (You may catch her humming with delight right before a first bite!) the long-time #taudreygirl is a CrossFit fiend. She also loves pugs and would cease to function without Pepsi Max and Bulletproof Coffee.
