Hi taudrey girls! Tiff here with a special message for my community and my team to kick off Women's Month.

As the founder of a company with an all-female team, I feel incredibly grateful and proud of the journey we've embarked on together. Building a team of talented, passionate women has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I wouldn't have it any other way. In this blog post, I want to share why I'm grateful for my all-female team and why I believe in the power of women supporting women.

First and foremost, I'm grateful for the diverse perspectives and ideas that my team brings to the table. Each woman on my team has a unique background, skill set, and point of view, which enriches our discussions and decision-making processes. I truly believe that our diversity is our strength, and I'm grateful for the creativity and innovation that it sparks.

I'm also grateful for the sense of camaraderie and support that exists within our team. Women face unique challenges in the workplace, and having a team of women who understand and empathize with those challenges is incredibly empowering. We lift each other up, celebrate each other's successes, and provide a shoulder to lean on during tough times. And trust me there have been lots of tears, but even more laughs and celebrations. This sense of sisterhood is invaluable to me, and I'm proud to lead a team that prioritizes support and empowerment.

Another thing on the list is the positive impact that our team has on our community. As a female-founded company, we are passionate about supporting other women and girls in our community which we’ve been able to do with our partnerships with the Lotus House Women and Children’s Homeless Shelter and other Miami based female businesses. Whether it's through mentorship programs with our internships, charitable donations, or volunteering, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of women and girls everywhere. I'm proud to work with a team that shares this commitment and actively works to uplift those around us.

Another thing both myself and taudrey have grown into is being grateful for the role model that our team provides for other women. By demonstrating what women can achieve when they support one another, ESPECIALLY the mamas out there, we hope to inspire and empower women both inside and outside our organization. I'm proud to lead by example and show the world that women can be strong, successful leaders in business.

Overall there’s nothing more I could ask for than to have an all-female team that embodies the values of support, empowerment, and community like the taudsquad does. Together, we are breaking down barriers, challenging stereotypes, and making a positive impact on the world around us. I'm excited to see what the future holds for our team and grateful for the opportunity to continue growing and learning together!
